Refund Policy
Effective date: 6 August 2026
1. Project deposits
A deposit may be required before work begins. Deposits cover planning, resource allocation and initial setup. Once work has commenced, deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2. Cancellation by the client
Clients may cancel a project by providing written notice. Fees for work completed up to the cancellation date are due immediately. Any prepaid amounts exceeding the completed work may be refunded at our discretion.
3. Cancellation by ProgDev
We reserve the right to terminate a project if terms are breached, payments are late or project requirements become materially unfeasible. In such cases, refunds will be calculated based on work completed.
4. Recurring services
Subscriptions and retainer agreements can be cancelled with the notice period stated in the service agreement. Fees already charged for the current billing period are not refundable unless the service was unavailable for a significant period.
5. Dispute resolution
If you are unhappy with any deliverable, contact us within 14 days. We will review the concern and, where appropriate, provide revisions or a partial refund based on the value of the unresolved portion.
6. No refunds for third-party costs
Domain registrations, hosting, software licences, cloud resources and other third-party fees paid on your behalf are generally non-refundable once purchased, subject to the third party's own refund policy.
